What legal advice can we help with?

Pre-Marital Agreements

Before you get married we can assist you with the preparation of a pre-marital agreement.

If you are considering entering into a pre marital agreement, you should ideally come in to see a solicitor 3-6 months before your wedding to allow time for it to be prepared and signed in plenty of time before your wedding; this is to ensure that neither party is put under any pressure when entering into a pre marital agreement.

There are a number of other factors, which need to be considered. Please contact the Family Team for further details.
