Declarations of Trust

In simple terms, a Declaration of Trust is a written Deed setting out the basis on which a property is owned, either jointly or in someone’s sole name for the benefit of themselves and others.  The need for a Declaration of Trust can arise in many different situations. We are able to provide you with the advice and guidance that you may need regarding the ownership of your property and whether a Declaration of Trust is necessary to protect interested parties.
