Lease Extensions

Should you discover that the lease term on your property has fewer than 90 years to run it is advisable to apply to the landlord to extend your lease to avoid having difficulties in selling your property.  Mortgage lenders are reluctant to lend against properties where the lease term is low. Should you wish to sell your property it is important that this issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.
