How to obtain legal advice on a family problem in these difficult times

21 April 2020

It is appreciated at Aldridge Brownlee LLP that we are all facing difficult challenges with the restrictions understandably imposed by Covid-19 which has changed the way we work.

In relation to Family it is still possible for telephone appointments to be arranged and our fixed fee appointments if you would find this helpful.

The fixed fee appointments, which would normally be dealt with face-to-face are at a reduced hourly rate.

Any enquiries should be directed through this firm’s website and it would be helpful if you could provide your full name and that of your spouse/partner, setting out briefly what the matter relates to and giving an e-mail address and telephone number.

A representative from the Family Team would then contact you to explain what we are able to offer and the arrangements for any telephone appointment. If you prefer a meeting could be arranged through Skype or Zoom.

Alternatively please use the main Lansdowne office telephone number 01202 294411 where your call will be answered and the enquiry directed to the appropriate person who would be able to help you.

Should you require any further details in relation to financial issues in divorce, please contact family lawyers Lynne Barton or Nicola Bennetts at Aldridge Brownlee LLP on 01202 294411, Kingsway House, 13 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 3JY, E-Mail: Lynne.Barton@absolicitors.com  or Nicola.Bennetts@absolicitors.com  for a fixed fee appointment.

This is not legal advice; it is intended to provide information of general interest about current legal issues.
