The death of a relative or friend can be a difficult and distressing time. It can be stressful if you are the Executor or Administrator responsible for dealing with their affairs. We provide assistance and relief from the anxiety. The level of our involvement is dependent on your instructions.
We can assist you on a fixed fee basis to to apply for the Grant of Probate or Grant of Administration (including the inheritance tax return).
We can also assist with the full administration of the estate. This includes freezing the bank accounts, applying for probate, encashing the assets, paying liabilities, locating beneficiaries, clearing the property, preparing the estate accounts and distributing the inheritance. We charge for our time on an hourly basis.
